Trimbach’s Body Shop Commitment to the Customer

From our perspective an auto body shop has two choices in the way they can run their business:

1. They can be an insurance company “preferred body shop” and work to please the insurance company
2. They can work for the person who actually owns and drives the car.

You can’t do both. We chose to work for the customer and always will. We want you to be safe and happy in your repaired car.

Insurance companies would force us to use substandard parts and practices. The insurance company would be happy with the cost, but you wouldn’t be happy with your car. We don’t want unhappy customers driving around town in cars repaired at Trimbach’s.

We know it’s your car and your choice. We’ll continue our commitment to the customer to make sure every car that leaves our body shop satisfies you, our customer.
